JULIE LAWSON
Julie’s love of animals and all things that live in the oceans led her to pursue a degree in Zoology (that, and the fact that her father insisted she could not find a job with a French degree). ashley wood
Ashley's love for the subject of Anatomy and Physiology began when she took the class in high school. She was also a homeschooled student and is a graduate of Heritage Classical Studies Center. It became quickly obvious that this was an area of God's gifting in her life which led her to study Biology/Pre-Med at the University of North Georgia. It wasn't until after taking the MCAT that the Lord pulled her in a different direction, towards being a wife, mother, and teacher. It turns out the Lord was going to use that Biology background to teach others even though Ashley had never even considered that possibility! So, in Fall 2015 Ashley graduated with her biology degree, got married to her darling husband Seth three weeks later, and started teaching at Scholars Guild in August 2016. The classes she has taught has included Biology, Marine Biology, and Anatomy&Physiology. Around her responsibilities as an administrator at SGA and as a mother to four children she is honored to have the ability to also remain in the classroom and teach A&P!
